Description

EcoVolter Portable Wallbox is manufactured in the EU and meets the strictest safety requirements. EcoVolter is a Wallbox that you can mount in your garage and simultaneously use as a portable charging cable on the go. Thanks to top-notch protective elements, you can use the portable Wallbox almost anywhere you need to charge. The Plug & Charge feature allows easy initiation of charging by connecting the charging cable to the outlet and the electric vehicle.

If you want to utilize all the features that EcoVolter offers, you need to use the mobile application iXmanager, which is available on the App Store and Google Play platforms. It allows you to easily control and manage the charging process. With the app, you have an overview of the charging current you are using. Other key features include easy adjustment of Amperes, single-phase or three-phase charging, Boost mode settings, and more.

The EcoVolter charging cable automatically recognizes the type of electrical network and the connected adapter, subsequently adjusting the maximum charging current. After connecting the charger to a compatible outlet, it performs a series of self-tests to ensure optimal functionality. Upon successful testing, the charger is ready to start the charging process.

On the portable charger, you can choose a charging current from 6 A to 16 A.

Thanks to the temperature monitoring feature at the terminal and the automatic setting of the maximum charging current, charging your electric vehicle is safer than ever! This feature ensures safe charging and protects both the vehicle and the charger from potential overheating issues, thereby reducing the risk of fire.

In the event that the charger is connected to a three-phase electrical network, it is also possible to switch between single-phase and three-phase charging modes. This can be done using the button on the control panel or in the mobile application.

After purchasing the charging cable, you won’t have a charging cable with permanently fixed (often primitive) functions as in other cases. Our goal is to provide customers with a quality product that meets the current demands of rapidly evolving technological advancements, which we can guarantee through OTA updates. These ensure that each sold cable has up-to-date software and new charging cable features by connecting to the internet.

Due to rising energy prices, we are now working on a new device that will communicate with the photovoltaic system in your home, allowing you to charge your electric vehicle from excess energy or during off-peak tariffs. This feature will save you a significant amount on charging costs, and the initial cost of the charging cable will be recouped much faster.

We emphasize the safety of our customers and their vehicles. Therefore, this product is equipped with a set of safety features. These include temperature monitoring of switching elements and plugs, as well as overvoltage and undervoltage monitoring. The charging cable includes a Type B residual current device. However, the inspection does not only occur during charging but also before. Upon plugging the charger into the outlet, an automatic connection check and functionality test of the charger are initiated. Additionally, the proper functioning of the grounding and neutral conductors is detected.

The cross-section of the charging cable is 5×2.5 mm². We supply the product in black cable color with a white connector. The standard length of the product is 6.5 meters. Other size configurations are available upon request.

Tesla Button: 

The button on the charging cable is used to open the charging port, which is very useful during charging. With this button, the vehicle owner can easily open the charging port without the need to unlock the phone and open the mobile application, simplifying and speeding up the entire charging process. Additionally, the button can be used to facilitate unlocking during charging if the charging needs to be stopped.

This feature is a great addition for Tesla vehicle owners who want to maximize the convenience and simplicity of charging.
