We are a small team and currently unable to provide phone support. Therefore, our phone number is not published here – of course, it is listed in the terms and conditions, where it is required by law. Instead, we actively read inquiries submitted through the contact form and usually respond even on weekends.

If you are experiencing issues with operating your purchased station, please always take a look at the manual. We strive to keep the manuals up to date.

Additionally, having the serial number of your station greatly helps me with inquiries. It is displayed after pressing the RESET button on the main screen. This allows me to remotely connect to your station and directly look into the problem.
