We operate an e-shop on the website www.solar-station.cz

 

To provide our services, sell goods, and operate our website, we process certain personal data.

 

The processing of personal data is primarily governed by the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR").

 A.  Processing of Personal Data in the Case of Using the Contact Form

 

If you inquire about our products and services, we will process your contact details that you provide to us, mainly through the inquiry form. These include: Name, phone, email, and possibly address.

    

For what reason?

We contact you through them for further arrangements regarding goods and services.

 

On what legal basis?

This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – negotiation of a contract or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

 

How long will we process personal data?

If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for no longer than 2 years from our last communication.

 

 B. Processing of Personal Data in the Case of Purchase

 

If you make a purchase with us, we will process the data you provide us. These are mainly billing details: first name, last name, address. 

For what reason?

We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract – deliver our goods or services to you. Through contact details, we will also communicate with you regarding the status of your order, or about complaints or your inquiries.

We will further process personal data to fulfill our obligations under the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, possibly for handling complaints and other matters).

 

On what legal basis do we process personal data?

This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation.

 

How long will we process personal data?

During the provision of our service and then 2 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.

 

 C. Newsletters (Commercial Communications) 

If you are a purchasing customer and did not opt out during the purchase, we will use your email address to send our newsletters.

 
On what legal basis?

This is allowed under Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, if you did not opt out during the purchase.

 

How long will we process personal data?

2 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the mailing at any time via email or contact us at: ljezny@gmail.com 

 

II. Who Will Access the Data?

Your data will remain with us. However, some companies or other persons work for us and will have access to the data because they help us run our e-shop. These are:

  • Operator of the e-shop platform Shoptet (Shoptet a.s., located at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, Company ID 289 35 675, registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B Insert 25 395)
  • Companies involved in the shipment of goods (Zásilkovna)

 

We process personal data only within the European Union.

You can object to processing based on legitimate interests.

 

If you believe that we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or address your claims to the court.
